Nursing Manager – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Location: Fullerton, CA

Work Schedule: Full time – 80 Biweekly Hours

Shift: 8-hour, Days

Manager is dedicated solely to the NICU and does not oversee more than 30 FTE positions or 50 NICU staff members.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing.
  • 3 years recent clinical experience in field of specialization, including 1 year in a NICU equivalent to Regional or Community NICU.
  • Computer experience.
  • Current California State RN license.
  • Current BLS.
  • Current ACLS.
  • Current PALS.
  • Current certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing from a nationally recognized accrediting organization.
  • Current evidence of successful completion of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) course of the AAP and AHA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience.
